Promotion Period: 12:01am NZST on 1 August 2026 to 11:59pm NZST on 30 September 2026

1. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who:
   • Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   • Are New Zealand citizens.
   • Hold a valid passport that remains valid for international travel through the completion of the prize trip.
2. Employees of ARDEX New Zealand, their immediate family members, and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Participants may enter only once during the Promotion Period.

2. How to Enter

1. During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
   • Complete the official promotion entry form.
   • Answer the question: “Have you ever used ARDEX before?”
   • Submit all required contact details.
2. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.

3. Referral Bonus

1. Entrants who refer the promotion to one or more colleagues may receive additional entries into the prize draw.
2. One bonus entry will be awarded per successful referral, up to a maximum determined by ARDEX.
3. Referred colleagues must complete a valid entry form for the referral to qualify.
4. ARDEX will award bonus entries into the prize draw for eligible referrals made during the Promotion Period.

• To earn a bonus entry, an entrant must:
  • Share the promotion with a colleague working in the flooring industry in New Zealand; and
  • Ensure the referred colleague submits a valid entry form and identifies the referring entrant. Entrants will receive:
  • One (1) bonus entry for each valid referred colleague who submits an eligible entry.
  • A maximum of five (5) bonus entries per entrant.

1. A valid referral is one where:

• The referred person has not previously entered the promotion;
• The referred person meets all eligibility requirements; and
• The referred person completes the entry form before the promotion closes.
• Referrals must be genuine. ARDEX reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits false, duplicate, fraudulent, or self-referrals.
• Bonus entries increase the entrant’s chances of winning but do not guarantee a prize.

4. Prize Details

ARDEX Academy Sydney Training Experience

The prize includes:

• Return economy flights from Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch to Sydney.
• Airport transfers in Sydney.
• Accommodation for approximately one week during the training program.
• Attendance at the ARDEX Academy training program.
• Selected breakfasts and lunches during the training period.
• Local transfers between accommodation and the ARDEX Academy.
• One dinner voucher.

Participation Gift

All eligible entrants will receive one (1) ARDEX black T-shirt while stocks last. Sizes are S,M,L,XL,XXL,XXXL. If a particular size runs out, the participant will receive the next closest size.

5. Prize Draw

1. Winners will be randomly drawn following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
2. The draw will take place on or before 9 October 2026.
3. Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form.
4. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days or is unable to accept the prize, ARDEX reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. First Prize Conditions

1. The winner must be able to travel in 2026.
2. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for transport to and from the nearest major international departure airport (Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch).
3. The winner must hold a valid passport and satisfy all entry requirements.
4. Any costs not specifically listed as included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner, including:
   • Travel insurance
   • Meals not specified
   • Personal expenses
   • Airport parking
   • Additional transportation costs
5. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. ARDEX reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if required.

7. Photography and Marketing

1. By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the promotion.
2. The first prize winner agrees to be photographed and/or recorded on video during the ARDEX Academy experience.
3. ARDEX may use photographs, videos, participant names, business names, and related promotional content in marketing materials, social media, websites, publications, and other promotional channels without further compensation.

8. General Conditions

1. ARDEX reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrant eligibility.
2. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process may result in disqualification.
3. ARDEX reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
4. ARDEX’s decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Privacy

1. Personal information collected will be used by ARDEX for administering the promotion and contacting entrants regarding ARDEX products, services, training opportunities, and marketing initiatives.
2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with ARDEX’s Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

10. Compliance with New Zealand Gambling Laws

1. This promotion is a trade promotion conducted by ARDEX New Zealand Limited and is intended to comply with the requirements of the Gambling Act 2003 (New Zealand).
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win a prize in this promotion.
3. Entry is free and open to eligible participants who complete the entry requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
4. Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period unless otherwise specified.
5. The total prize pool for this promotion is approximately NZD $15,377.
6. ARDEX will conduct the promotion fairly and transparently and will keep records of entries and prize winners as required by law.
7. Prize winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, citizenship, and eligibility before a prize is awarded.
8. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond ARDEX’s control, ARDEX reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
9. To the extent permitted by law, ARDEX’s decisions regarding the promotion, eligibility, prize allocation, and winner determination are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Any disputes concerning the conduct of this promotion will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and submitted to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
