Overview
Maersk cold store facility at Ruakura Superhub in Hamilton required a robust, compliant roof for a new logistics facility. ARDEX NZ supplied 16,000 m² of Elevate UltraPly TPO, installed with a warm roof system using Kingspan thermal insulation panel. The system is BRANZ Appraised and includes an Environmental Product Declaration. Solar ready accessories such as Ejobars enabled immediate installation of solar panels after project completion. ARDEX NZ provided national technical support and on-site guidance.
